We want to meet the needs of all of our students and realize that not everyone is on the same level of proficiency with the use of iPads and their knowledge of using an iPad for educational purposes. Ms. Suzie Greer in the Learning Lab @ HHS along with other teachers have noticed that some of our students are struggling with using their iPads. We want everyone to feel as comfortable as possible with their iPad, so this Wednesday (August 28th) from 3:30-4:30 we will provide some Student iPad Assistance sessions here at Hoover High School.
These sessions are for any student who needs extra help understanding the features of the iPad, using Edmodo in the classroom, turning in work electronically, etc... Hoover High School teachers and our Student Ambassadors will run these sessions based on the level of proficiency student check on the sign-up form that we created with Google Docs.

If you are a student, have a student, or know a student who would benefit from these sessions, please have them sign up to attend. We want to increase students' knowledge of how to use their iPads and we want them to understand that the iPad can transform their learning in the classroom.

We will post classroom assignments outside the Library @ HHS on Tuesday afternoon and they will be there all day on Wednesday for students to check what room they have been assigned to. Parents should pick up students at the front of the school on Wednesday at 4:30. Students should click the link below to sign-up for the sessions:
